OPERATIONAL CHANGES

  • Court Bookings - allow a 5 minute gap between court bookings on same court
  • Entrance & Exit changes as Marked
  • DO NOT congregate at entrance
  • Clubhouse restricted to use of facilities
  • DO NOT use clubhouse computer
  • Refrigerator is for staff use ONLY
  • Coffee & Snack station is CLOSED
  • Gatorade Machine will not be operating
  • PRO SHOP - available by appointment 
  • Ball Machine available with COVID restrictions
  • Social nights ON HOLD
  • Private lessons are now available
  • Beginner Lessons Lessons -  pre-registration is required 

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS - MANDATORY

  • NEW - All persons entering the property MUST sign in on the tracking form.
  • Court Bookings - Note changes to "Guest" use.  You must enter the full name after the word guest or your reservation may be cancelled WITHOUT notice
  • DO NOT ENTER PROPERTY if you have not signed your required waiver
  • Arrive at club no more than 10 minutes prior to scheduled court time
  • DO NOT congregate on the front entrance way of the clubhouse.
  • DO NOT exceed your scheduled playing time
  • Leave the club immediately after match

SAFE PLAY RECOMMENDATIONS - OPTIONAL

  • Wearing of face masks/covering is optional unless you are unable to maintain a 2 meter distance
  • Please use sanitizing station at entrance
  • NO handshaking between sets or after match (racquet tap)
  • Bring your own beverage - no access to water
  • Wear a glove on the non racquet hand or each player uses uniquely marked balls 
  • Use gloved hand to touch commonly touched surfaces (doors, gates, etc...)
  • Ball crossing over from other courts are to be returned using your racquet ONLY

LEAGUES / SOCIALS / TOURNAMENTS

  • Tournaments are currently being planned for August
  • Social Evenings are ON HOLD
  • Leagues will begin starting  - Starting  MAY 25/21
  • Men's and Ladies' League - please check with your convener regarding start time and schedule
  • Mixed Doubles League - currently underway
  • Doubles competitive - check with convener - Starting May 26/21

CLINICS and OTHER INSTRUCTIONAL EVENTS

Clinics and other lessons are currently posted in the EVENTS tab of the booking system.  All clinics and lessons require members to pre-register.

LEAGUES / SOCIALS / TOURNAMENTS

In addition to practicing social distancing, the club recommends the following practices

  • "it's only a point" where it is not clear which player is returning the ball, LET IT GO
  • Drop shots / Lobs - clearly call for the ball thereby notifying your partner to back off
  • Do not change partners after each set
  • Do not shake hands after a set or match (tap your racquet is one option)
  • Do not sit on benches to rest
  • Use the sanitizing station on exiting the club
  • Wipe down the soles of your shoes before returning home, or better yet, leave your playing shoes in the garage (or outside your home)
