Thank you for taking the time to review the various tasks the Club needs assistance with.  Below you will find a listing of events with a brief description of the task together with an approximate timeline.  Please contact our Volunteer Lead to schedule yourself for any of the required tasks.

TASK DESCRIPTION

Requires the set up of tables and chairs prior to the meeting and the breakdown of tables and chairs.  Assist with bringing any refreshments into the building and cleaning up after the event.  Registration table.

Sweep of the clubhouse and set up of refreshment tables and chairs.  Tear down and clean up.

Set up and welcome members

Set up tents, tables, BBQ, Garbage and Recycle bins.  Registration table collecting contact info and draw tickets.  BBQ operation and food handlers.  Bake stand collecting funds from sales.  Tear down of tents and tables, collection and disposal of garbage.

Set up tables and BBQ.  Operation of BBQ. Running the chalk board.  Tear down and clean up at end of day.

Set up of Display Tent.  Manning of the booth and tear down of Display Tent

Registration assistance.  Set up tables for refreshments.  Clean up.

Setup tables and chairs, assist with bringing in and setting up refreshments.  Tear down and clean up.

TIME

Total of 3 volunteers for approximately one hour each.  Set up must occur 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting and approximately 30 minutes after the meeting.

Total of 2 volunteers for approximately 1 hour.

Tuesday May 14, 2019.  Total of 3 volunteers for 1 hour.  

Saturday June 1, 2019, 10:30 am start. A total of 10 volunteers are required throughout the day for approximately 2-3 hours each.  Times will vary depending on the task.

Saturday June 15, 10 am to 3:00 pm.  A total of 8 volunteers required throughout the day for approximately 2 hours each.  Times will vary depending on task.

Usually the third week in July, date TBD.  A total of 10 volunteers in shifts of 2 hours required throughout the day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

A total of 2 volunteers per tournament for approximately 2 hours each.

A total of 2 volunteers for approximately 1 hour each.
