The Quaker Park Board of Directors
Volunteer board members responsibilities center around the strategic direction of the organization. As an elected official, they are bound to act in the best interests of the club and are expected to put the organization’s needs first.
The club may or may not choose to elect members by position but in any case have a minimum number of Board members as outlined in the bylaws to ensure the smooth operation of the club. Sub-committees or members may be appointed by the Executive to conduct specific tasks or to fill in and act on behalf of any board positions which are not filled.
